Time Tracking & Clock In/Out

Track employee hours, clock in/out, and manage time easily

Clock In (Employees)

30 seconds

Open the Clock page

In the left sidebar, click "Clock"

  • •You'll see a green "Clock In" button at the top
  • •Your current status shows if you're clocked in or out

Click the green "Clock In" button

Press it to start tracking your time.

  • •Success: "Clocked in successfully!" message appears
  • •Button changes to red "Clock Out"
  • •You'll see how long you've been working
  • •You can clock in anytime - no restrictions

Clock Out (Employees)

30 seconds

Click "Clock Out"

Press the red button when you finish work.

  • •Success message: "Clocked out successfully!"
  • •Your shift time is saved
  • •Button changes back to green "Clock In"

View your hours

Scroll down to see your work history.

  • •Total hours for last 30 days
  • •Days worked
  • •Recent clock sessions with exact times

See your stats at the top of the page.

  • •Total Hours (Last 30 Days)
  • •Days Worked
  • •Average Per Day

Daily breakdown

View hours worked each day.

  • •Shows date and total hours
  • •Number of sessions per day
  • •Sorted by most recent first

Clock history

See your recent clock in/out times.

  • •Shows exact clock-in and clock-out times
  • •Duration of each session
  • •Last 10 sessions displayed

Track Team Hours (Managers)

Go to the Time Clock

In the left sidebar, click "Workforce Insights", then the "Payroll" tab, then "Time Clock"

  • •Page title: "Workforce Insights"
  • •See all employee hours for last 30 days
  • •See who's currently clocked in
  • •See total hours across your team

View employee details

Click "Show Daily Breakdown" button for any employee.

  • •See hours worked each day
  • •Number of clock-in sessions
  • •Total hours and days worked

Monitor who's working now

Look at the "Currently Clocked In" section.

  • •Green section shows who is working right now
  • •Shows their clock-in time and how long they've been working
  • •Updates automatically every 30 seconds
