About the Founder
Noah Marbach is just a teenager from Atlanta, Georgia, but he's also the CEO and founder of XShift AI, used by thousands and thousands of users, with new users joining every day.
Born in Atlanta, Georgia, he founded XShift AI in November 2025 and has led it to become the world's first autonomous workforce management platform.

Noah is a teenage tech founder from Atlanta, Georgia, and a former MLS NEXT soccer player whose playing career was ended by injury. He launched two companies in 2025, Voice Agent Labs AI and Chapot Labs AI, that failed before he founded XShift AI in November 2025, building the entire platform from the ground up, by himself. Today he leads a growing team, and XShift is used by thousands and thousands of users across five continents: North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Australia, with new users joining every day. Its customer base spans more than 25 industries, including, but not limited to, restaurants, bars, hotels, wineries, retail stores, clinics and hospitals, nursing homes, EMS companies, salons and spas, childcare centers, nonprofits, gyms, security services, cleaning companies, warehouses, and skilled trades such as electrical services.
Along the way, he built two industry-first technologies: the AI Copilot and Autopilot, which let managers run scheduling entirely by talking to an AI, and write workforce policies in plain English that are enforced automatically, 24/7. No dashboards, no dragging and dropping: describe what you need, and the entire workforce runs itself.
Under Noah's leadership, XShift has partnered with payroll companies, state and national industry associations, consulting firms, and vendors across the country. MarTech AI, the holding company whose flagship product is XShift AI, has been ranked among Atlanta's top 100 AI companies by F6S for seven consecutive months, with Noah as the youngest founder on the list each time.
As an AI founder from Atlanta, Noah has become a recognized voice in AI and workforce technology. He has spoken at national events across AI, tech, restaurants, retail, healthcare, hospitality, and entrepreneurship. He holds 35+ professional certificates from programs by IBM, the Wharton School, Duke, Vanderbilt, Google, and Emory, among others.
Noah's story has been independently written about, and he has been featured across a vast range of media. He has made multiple appearances on national television, been a guest on podcasts, and written for a number of established publications. He even has a segment in an upcoming book.
His goal is simple: make XShift the most widely used employee scheduling software on the planet.
